Mushroom Masala

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

1 Pound Mushrooms
3 Tomatoes
1 Medium Onion
1 t. Ginger paste
1 t. Garlic puree
1 t. Garam Masala or all spice
1 t. Chilli powder
2 T. Oil
Salt to taste


Instructions

Chop the mushrooms, tomatoes and onion and keep them aside. Take a sauce pan and heat the oil add the chopped onion and fry till golden brown. Then add the ginger and garlic and fry for 2 minutes, add the tomatoes and mushrooms, salt and Chilli powder and cook with 4 Tablespoons of water for 10 minutes. Now add the Garam Masala and cook for 5 minutes and take off the heat. Serve hot with rice.
